- Participants pay for their hotel separately, at a discounted rate.
- Light packing is recommended — Italy favors simplicity, and it leaves room to bring things back home.
- Staying on after the Longevity Experience? A local Italian cooking class is offered in Lanciano for $550 — let us know if you're interested.
- Logistical details will be sent to participants at a later date.

What’s Included in the Cost
Reserve with a $1,500 deposit and we’ll bill the remaining balance later — no financing company involved. The remaining $4,500 is due June 6, 2027. Nothing is charged automatically — pay it yourself any time before then using the link in your confirmation email. If it’s still unpaid on the due date, see our Booking & Payment Terms for what happens next (in short: we’ll reach out, and may charge the card on file or release your spot). Prefer to pay in full up front instead? That’s available too, and financing (such as Klarna), where enabled, is offered directly by Stripe at that checkout as a separate agreement between you and them.
The pricing reflects a small group size, physician-led guidance, local access, and medical support before and after travel.
Bringing Friends & Family
Interested in bringing friends and family? An additional deposit is required for each additional guest listed on the waiver — just let us know ahead of time if you'll be bringing others.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will not result in any additional fees. The $1,500 deposit is non-refundable upon early cancellation, as it secures accommodations and services that cannot be rebooked.
Group Capacity
Each trip is limited to a total of ten guests. If bringing family or friends might put you over that number, just let us know — we're glad to make the necessary adjustments to ensure the best experience for everyone.
