Policies
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking to hold your seat.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class date may be transferred to a future class or refunded; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
- Tickets are transferable to another person with advance notice — just let us know who's attending in your place.
- Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before your class so the menu can be adjusted where possible.
- The IV-treatment offer is one 50%-off treatment per paid attendee, add-ons excluded, nontransferable, and must be redeemed within 45 days of your class date. It cannot be combined with memberships, credits, or other promotions, and is subject to ordinary clinical screening and medical eligibility.
- Each class requires a minimum enrollment to run; if a class doesn't reach minimum enrollment, registered guests will be offered a full refund or a seat in another class.
- A signed liability waiver is required for every guest. Online checkout and digital waiver signing are coming soon — for now, reserve your seat by email and we'll send the waiver to sign ahead of class.
